The Purple Parrot Cafe is a fine dining establishment owned by local chef, author and entreprenuer Robert St. John.  This month's selection is A Taste of Modern Italy. Sculpture in Bronze Exhibit Monday, October 19th, 2009 - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm The Ben Watts exhibit entitled Sculptures in Bronze will be on display at the Sarah Ellen Gillespie Museum of Art on the campus of William Carey University. The exhibit will feature western themes, animals and historic figures. He has works installed throughout the state including a life size Coach Dobie Holden at Pearl River Community College, a golden eagle at the University of Southern Mississippi Ogletree Alumni House, a life size John Wesley at Millsaps College, and a piece for Bass Pro Shops. Live @ Five Friday, October 23rd, 2009 - 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Come out to the Town Square Park in Historic Downtown Hattiesburg for an evening filled with music, food and fun for all ages.
